Howard Roberts OBE QC commenced door tenancy at 3 Hare Court in July 2016.
Howard practices public, administrative and constitutional law, including judicial review, with a particular interest in small commonwealth jurisdictions.
Upon his move to Guernsey in 1983, he was appointed as a Legislative Draftsman. 1990 saw his appointment as Guernsey's first Crown Advocate and then as HM Comptroller (Solicitor General) and HM Deputy Receiver General for Guernsey in 1999.
He was appointed as HM Receiver General for Guernsey in 2009 and also as HM Attorney General, from which he retired from office in September 2016.
