Disability discrimination - failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability

Sara Ibrahim was instructed by the Bar Pro Bono Unit on behalf of the Claimant on a three-day employment hearing concerning disability discrimination and unfair dismissal. The Claimant argued that his ex-employer had failed to make reasonable adjustments for his disability. After negotiations between the parties directed by Counsel, the case was settled for £25,000.
