Members have considerable experience in a wide range of human rights work both domestically as well as overseas including in the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Members are regularly instructed in judicial review claims in the High Court and in the Upper Tribunal, as well as conducting appellate work in the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as the Privy Council.
Our members represent claimants and defendants, and are instructed by domestic and overseas governments, public authorities and statutory bodies. We are able to offer advice and representation at the highest levels of expertise.
